Come to this awesome moving sale in a large home in Crownsville. Art from Haiti, Japanese, and others, Folk Art, decoys, tools, furniture and more.
The following is a partial description of items in the sale. More information and pictures as we complete the set up for the sale.
FURNITURE: Pair of vintage Bose speakers on stands, pair of Cerwin-Vega speakers, and more, still unpacking.
SMALLS: Books and more books-Antiques, art, history, science, vintage fiction, Vintage brass Celsius Barometer made in W Germany, compound bow and arrows, hand painted lap tray, Asian stoneware painted in lotus theme, Bell Helmets, cameras, Craftsman tools chests, garden and hand tools, and more still unpacking.
ART: 19th c. European bronze statue of Pan and Goddess, +/- 15” on marble base, 19th c. bronze statue of Sappho by J Pradier on base, pair of Butterfly pictures, and more, still unpacking.
FOLK ART: Primitive turtle (?) wood carving, hand carved, long-tail hand carved duck decoy (signed “ABD”), hand carved duck decoy (signed “H Smith”), vintage decoy, scrim shall replicas, Hattian Vodou Flags with beaded and sequined textiles incorporate Vodou and Christian iconographies in the colorful folk-art textiles.
